Open the My Queue page to search for existing applications or permits. You can also use the Route Check feature to analyze an active permit for new routing conditions.
In the Application Queue panel, there are several tools to help you locate an application or permit.
If you have a reference number, expand the Search By drop-down and choose whether the number you have is for a permit or an application then enter it in the adjacent field.
If you know the status of the permit, expand the Type drop-down and choose from the available options then supply appropriate information in the adjacent field(s).
For example, if you choose the Pending option, you must enter dates for both the From and To fields in the MM/DD/YYYY format (or click the calendar icon).
If you need more parameters, open the Advanced Search Options by clicking the [+]. Choose a Load Description or Permit Type, or you can identify the truck and trailer by license number and state.
Click the Search button to scan the database for applications/permits that conform to your parameters, or click the Reset button to clear all information from the panel.
Matching records appear in the table.
Note: The Office Name column shows who has jurisdiction over the application/who must review it next.
Each row in the table presents information from a permit or application. Click anywhere in a row to impart selected status to that record.
If you are unsure which of the search results is the record that you need, check the Display Application Summary box.
Complete information for the selected record appears in the Application Summary pane.
Note: You will need to scroll down to see the Application Summary, or you can click on the Application Queue title bar to collapse the upper portion of the page.
Once you have selected a record, Copy it, Open it to a specific section, perform a variety of Actions, Revise it, or Extend it.
Note: If you collapsed the upper portion of the page, you must re-open it (by clicking the Application Queue title bar again) to use the options of the Features bar.
