Complete the form below to request an account. You will be notified by email on how to activate your account. Once activated, you will be able to immediately use the site to order permits.

Definitions

• Carrier ??? select carrier if you are a trucking company ordering permits for one trucking company.
• Permit Service ??? select if you are a permit service or trucking company ordering permits for multiple companies.
• Carrier Admin User ??? select to add an admin user to an existing carrier account. You can only add one admin user to an account from this page.
• Permit Service Admin User ??? select to add an admin user to an existing permit service account. You can only add one admin user to an account from this page.

Additional users for an existing account must be added by the carrier or permit service administrator from the "My Admin" page.

User Login

To acquire a user account, please enter a login name, your email address, your first name and your last name below. All fields are required.
Username must be at least 3 characters long. It must start with a letter. It can be a combination of letters, digits and special characters. Only special characters -.@_ are allowed.
It cannot start with GUEST with 6 consecutive digits. Username is not case sensitive.

Account Agreement

If you are a Carrier registering to access SDAPS you can optionally have an escrow account created for you. To have an account created for you please read and acknowledge the following terms and conditions. Please check the box next to the acknowledgement statement if you agree with the terms and conditions and will adhere to the conditions in applying for an account.
